Great for saying affirmations
I have been using Kim Michael's book, the Christ is Born in You for about 3 years.
Once I got used to the teachings, it opened a completely new world to me and is
helping me find my real self, that got buried when I gave myself away looking for
approval outside of myself.
How to Communicate from the Heart appeared as the next step when I realized I had
never been taught to listen properly. I cannot recommend this book highly enough if
someone is serious about getting a life that will astound them.
I think this book is an essential tool for anyone who really wants to learn to be who they are and heart centered. I would say they nearly every paragraph contains insights which internalized can liberate us from non creative ego based thinking and traps that prevent us from being in flow of the heart.

Also each chapter is augmented by spiritual exercises they reinforce and multiply what you've learned.

All in all, an indispensable and inspiring book for spiritual seekers. Highly recommended.
This is a very unusual book. The material is communicated clearly and is very profound for me, on the oneness of everything. Prayers to be vocalized are given to angelic powers. It can be taken as an experiment, to see if it works in producing unconditional love, without fear, with peace, will, wisdom,purity, and freedom. So far, it has produced results, but the goal is very high. I can only say, try it for yourself, if you feel led.
